After over 44 years working in a very structured environment within The Army and MOD, the step to becoming a full time actor (taken in 2013) was not easy. The uncertainty and the need for self-promotion was uncomfortable, but this was more than balanced by the sheer exhilaration gained from the variety and utter creativity of the acting environment. As at early 2026, I had completed over 220 films including over 30 feature films. I have come to terms with the unstructured days, weeks and months that I have to deal with and I still strive to expand my repertoire to include new genre, new characters and new accents.  To quote a well-known philosopher: "The world is my lobster!"
